- Assure supplier compliance to the Supplier Quality Manual and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring a report Supplier Performance
- Follow up together to SDE qualification and disqualification of supplier
- Assist in communicating Corrective Action reports to internal and external customers
- Follow up together QE the disposition of the material rejected due to SCAR process
- Recommend and implement enhancements to the quality system that result in improved quality, increased customer satisfaction, and/or simplification of processes (Best Practices) to reduce costs
- Assist in the development of processes and procedures to ensure that safety, quality, and productivity
- Provide technical support for and continually review processes, equipment and related operations
- PPAP Validation, approve and support to QE with the interaction with supplier to submit PPAP documents for new product lunches to meet customer requirements including FMEA’s, process flow diagrams, control plans, gauge R&R and capability studies.
- Knowledge of systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, to assist resolving quality issues
- Assist in preparing work instructions, procedures and other quality system documents.
- Follow up of monthly supplier metrics (OTD / PPM / FTQ)
- Assist the manufacturing plants with supplier visits / meetings when a major / critical / recurrent problem takes place
- Develop / Maintain Supplier Best practices log for supplier sharing.
- Assist on supplier contacts update
- Follow up and control of the supplier parts in regards of Conflict of Mineral/ Reach / Rosh / Prop 65
- Comply with the internal regulations, policies and code of conduct of Human Resources.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Carry out the activities defined in the QMS documentation in order to comply with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
- Contribute to the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the process of: Quality Assurance
