Manage daily incident reports and requests submitted by employees at the corresponding Safran plant. They are responsible for assisting and guiding customers/users through the support cycle, from creating a support ticket to verifying and tracking the resolution
1. Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the needs of the company. Purpose: To meet the established goals of the organization.
2. Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, with a preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.
3. Manage customer incidents and requests within the IT service management system.
4. Participate in and ensure compliance with security projects and guidelines.
5. Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of the job.
6. Able to quickly identify high-priority incidents and requests.
7. Maintain the IT/IS workspace.
8. Keep computer hardware and software managed.
9. Provide in-person and remote customer support upon request.
10. Manage user accounts.
11. Manage hardware inventory.
12. Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on computer equipment using departmental tools to ensure proper equipment operation.
13. Perform other duties inherent to the position as needed by the company.
14. Work with the system operations team to ensure the smooth implementation of any new or modified network system or service.
15. Provide ticket escalation and emergency response when necessary.
16. Take a proactive approach to maintaining positive relationships with local employees and members of the IT/IS department.
17. Able to balance workload between supporting clients and assisting with IT/IS-related projects.
18. Able to find solutions without compromising security.
Experiencia y requisitos
EDUCATION
- University degree in Computer Science, Computing or related field.
ENGLISH LEVEL
- Advanced English.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Advanced computer skills.
- Knowledge of network and computing devices.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
