- Control and verification of the legal stay of machinery, equipment and tools
- Match customs entries (pedimentos) with the company’s financial information
- Physical location of machinery and equipment in the plant
- Physical filing of customs entries for machinery and equipment
- Electronic/digital filing and photos in the ONE CORE platform
- Document preparation for SAT audits
- Purging and shredding of physical archive documents
- Rectification of customs entries for machinery and equipment
- Validation of part number balances for machinery and equipment returns
- Audit of machinery and equipment list for disposition (F5, V1, RT)
- Preparation of regime changes for machinery and equipment (F5)
- Regularization of machinery and equipment (A3)
- Download machinery and equipment in Annex 24
- Generate monthly download report for Annex 30
- Authorization of weekly consolidated customs entry payments
- Authorization of individual customs entry payments
- Confirmation and verification of customs entry payment dates in the system
Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree or attending final semesters in Import-Export or Trade Compliance
- Must handle Annex 24 reporting, I-Xport and preferably ZOE
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, diligent and responsible
- Understands Annex 30 reports
- Must handle KPI’s and reports
- Basic knowledge of One Core platform (Preferred)
