Senior NetSuite Administrator (eCommerce Focus)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior NetSuite Administrator with a strong eCommerce background to manage, optimize, and scale our NetSuite environment. This role will be responsible for improving workflows, ensuring seamless data flow across systems, and supporting critical business operations across Finance, Operations, Sales, and eCommerce platforms.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in NetSuite, integrations, and order-to-cash processes, along with hands-on experience in Shopify and connected systems within a modern eCommerce tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Administration & Optimization

• Administer and continuously improve the NetSuite platform, including configuration, customization, and optimization
• Design, build, and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, fields, and custom records
• Develop and deploy SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) customizations and enhancements
• Manage roles, permissions, and system governance best practices
• Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and integrations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Support month-end close activities, including troubleshooting and reporting

Integrations & eCommerce Systems

• Own and manage integrations between NetSuite and external systems, including:
• Shopify / Shopify Plus
• iPaaS platforms
• EDI providers
• Tax engines
• 3PL / WMS / OMS platforms / SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST) and RESTlets

Project & Vendor Management

• Manage and prioritize enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with managed services providers and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
• Lead or contribute to system implementations, upgrades, and integration projects

System Support & Maintenance

• NetSuite releases, features, and best practices
