Senior NetSuite Administrator (eCommerce Focus) - Foránea
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 4–7+ years of NetSuite administration experience Strong expertise in: NetSuite customization (workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards) SuiteScript (1.0 and/or 2.x) SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and APIs Solid understanding of: Accounting principles (GL, AP, AR) Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes Hands-on experience with NetSuite integrations and middleware platforms Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications NetSuite Administrator Certification (or other NetSuite certifications) Experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus ecosystems Experience with Celigo Integrator.io or similar iPaaS platforms Familiarity with EDI integrations and workflows Experience supporting high-growth eCommerce environments Knowledge of inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain processes Technical Skills (Nice to Have) Programming languages: JavaScript, Python, PHP Frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, React, Vue, or Angular Experience with headless commerce architectures Familiarity with data tools or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Understanding of CI/CD or version control (Git) eCommerce-Specific Experience (Highly Valued) Shopify development or technical familiarity, including: Custom themes and apps Shopify APIs and webhooks Liquid templating language Experience managing: Promotions, pricing, and discounts Order flows, returns, and refunds Multi-channel sales (DTC, B2B, marketplaces like Amazon) Soft Skills Highly detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
