For This Role, You Will Need: Proven track record managing the full operational lifecycle, from strategic procurement of direct/ indirect materials to optimized outbound logistics and customer fulfillment. Good experience in platforms such as Oracle or SAP with a specific focus on data integrity audits, planning parameter configuration, and the development of actionable KPI dashboards. Experience leading new product launches (NPI), production line transfers, or software implementations. Demonstrated ability to partner with diverse departments to synchronize priorities and mitigate bottlenecks and implement corrective actions that drive overall plant efficiency. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is a significant plus. 5+ years of progressive experience in Production Planning and Supply Chain, with a proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage high-stakes customer service accounts. Full professional fluency in English and Spanish. Excellent knowledge of MRP / CRP / MPS. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, macros, and data modeling) and hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise-level software.
