Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Robotics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or related). Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in plastic molding, assembly, or testing environments. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance, accountability, and engagement within the team while achieving operational goals. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration, capable of influencing stakeholders, aligning teams, and clearly conveying expectations and results at all levels of the organization. Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, applying structured methodologies (8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys) to resolve complex issues and prevent recurrence. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, MSA, and process capability analysis. Project management capability, ensuring initiatives are properly planned, executed, and delivered on time, with measurable results. Strong knowledge of quality systems and documentation, including ISO 9001 requirements, audit readiness, and compliance management. Continuous improvement mindset, actively identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality and operational efficiency. Self-driven and results-oriented, with a high level of ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently while driving team performance. Bilingual English-Spanish
