Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial engineering, International Business, Logistics, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in purchasing, materials management, logistics, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience. Experience with direct materials, production planning, inventory management, and supplier negotiations. Experience working with Mexican and international suppliers. Knowledge of import/export processes and customs coordination in Mexico. Experience using ERP/MRP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis. Advanced English proficiency for communication with international suppliers, customers, or corporate teams. Degree or certification in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management. Major Degree desirable. Familiarity with IMMEX, maquiladora operations, or other applicable Mexican trade and customs programs. Professional certification such as CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent.
