🎯 What Are We Looking For? ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ✔ 5–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related positions. ✔ Advanced knowledge of purchasing management, strategic sourcing, direct and indirect procurement, cost analysis, and supply chain processes. ✔ Experience with local and global sourcing, including supplier selection, development, performance management, and risk assessment. ✔ Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, quality standards, inventory control, and supplier management. ✔ Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts and commercial agreements. ✔ Experience with ERP and procurement systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. ✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView preferred.
