What you will do: Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the plant. Analyze production costs, variance drivers, and operational performance to provide actionable insights. Lead monthly close activities, ensuring accuracy in inventory valuation, cost accounting, and financial reporting. Develop and monitor KPIs to track efficiency, quality and cost improvements. Partner with operations leadership to evaluate capital investments, productivity initiatives and cost-saving opportunities. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and standard cost systems. Proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
