Requirements Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in trade compliance, customs operations, or a related field. Preferred fields of study: Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline. Professional certifications such as Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or Certified Trade Compliance Specialist (CTCS) are preferred. Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade agreements. Experience with product classification (HTS, ECCN) and export licensing requirements. Proficiency with trade compliance systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Global Trade Management (GTM) software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience conducting compliance audits and implementing corrective actions. Knowledge of regulatory agencies and experience interacting with government authorities. Willingness to travel up to 10–15% as needed.
