Process Engineer Supervisor | Power

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering. Previous experience leading engineers, technicians, or technical projects. Experience in electronics manufacturing or a similar high-volume manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience supporting production floor operations and resolving manufacturing issues. Experience with manufacturing transfers, process implementation, or new product introduction is preferred. Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of process controls, equipment qualification, and manufacturing documentation. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, PFMEA, DOE, SPC, and problem-solving methodologies. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Experience analyzing process data using statistical tools. Understanding of automation, mechanical, electrical, and electronic manufacturing processes. Knowledge of project cost analysis, productivity improvements, and capital justification is preferred. Valid passport and availability for international travel. Technical leadership and team development. Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving. Planning, organization, and prioritization.
