Engineering Technician

Minimum experience: 3–6 months of experience in technical activities, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, processes, or related areas. Education: Technical degree, Associate Degree, incomplete Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering , or a related field. Basic to intermediate knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation. Proficiency in office tools and technical report preparation. Knowledge of AutoCAD, PLC, Minitab, MS Project , or similar tools is preferred. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and documentation. Basic ability to analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities. Ability to work on the production floor and perform hands-on technical activities. Basic English proficiency , with the ability to understand instructions, technical documentation, and basic work-related communication. Strong organizational, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with different departments.
