Requirements Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. More than 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Continuous Improvement. Experience in manufacturing and production processes. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis. Strong analytical and data analysis skills. Experience preparing reports and presenting project results. Ability to work effectively with Production, Quality, Materials, and Management teams. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
