Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Business Operations Analyst, or similar role. Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Experience working on financial services projects, banking, fintech, wealth management, or related financial industries. Experience in process mapping, business process improvement, and process automation initiatives. Basic to intermediate SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing data from databases. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis. Experience creating BRDs, SOPs, process documentation, and technical requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, investment management, or related sectors. Experience working within PMO environments. Knowledge of compliance, risk management, audit processes, and reporting. Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent.
