Realizar diagnósticos y reparaciones de fallas mecánicas, eléctricas y electromecánicas en maquinaria industrial. Experiencia en PLC1 y PLC 2 (Indispensable) Ejecutar planes de mantenimiento preventivo conforme al programa establecido. Documentar las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas en los sistemas de control internos. Instalar, ajustar, calibrar y poner en marcha maquinaria y equipos nuevos. Interpretar planos eléctricos, diagramas de control, manuales técnicos y especificaciones de maquinaria. Asegurar que todas las intervenciones cumplan con las normas de seguridad industrial y medio ambiente. Proponer mejoras técnicas que incrementen la eficiencia y disponibilidad de los equipos. Coordinarse con otros departamentos (producción, calidad, seguridad) para resolver problemas técnicos de manera oportuna. Manejar herramientas manuales, eléctricas, instrumentos de medición y equipo de diagnóstico especializado. Requisitos: Carrera técnica en Mantenimiento Electromecánico, Mecatrónica, Electricidad Industrial o afín. Experiencia mínima de [2-3] años en mantenimiento industrial en plantas de manufactura, PREFERENTEMENTE EN EMPRESAS AUTOMOTRICES O ELECTRONICA. Conocimiento en: Motores eléctricos, variadores de frecuencia, PLCs básicos. Neumática e hidráulica industrial. Sistemas de transmisión mecánica (bandas, engranajes, cadenas). Soldadura básica (opcional). Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos eléctricos y mecánicos. Deseable manejo de software de mantenimiento (CMMS). Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos y guardias programadas. Actitud proactiva, trabajo en equipo y enfoque en la solución de problemas.
