Education & Experience Availability on 2nd shift: 16:30 pm to 1:00 am Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 4 + years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations. Experience handling complex or sensitive ER cases independently. English 80% Knowledge & Skills Solid understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and corrective action practices. Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and writing clear, defensible reports. Strong communication, listening, and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple organizational levels. Strong analytical and decision‑making skills. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with HR systems and case management tools.
