Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, internal communication, graphic design, content creation, employee engagement, or related areas. Experience in photography, video recording, and video editing to create engaging content for employees, campaigns, training materials, and formal communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Knowledge of design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut, or similar platforms. Experience creating content for different communication channels, including email, newsletters, digital signage, presentations, social media, and internal communication platforms. Interest in employee engagement, organizational culture, and internal communication. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments. Organized, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn. Portfolio or examples of previous work available for review is desirable.
