Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations. Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and distribution operations. Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis. Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, GEMBA, Kaizen, or similar methodologies. Experience managing projects related to warehouse operations, labor optimization, process improvement, or facility layout. Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills. Experience managing non conformities and implementing corrective actions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems and operational tracking tools. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
