Key Responsibilities Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics (KPIs). Support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows. Identify root causes of operational issues and recommend solutions. Assist in implementing process improvements and automation initiatives. Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership. Document processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices. Support strategic initiatives and special projects. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or similar roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce). Strong communication and presentation skills. English proficiency (if required in a global environment).
