Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring manufacturability. Develop work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Lead process capability studies and cycle‑time analyses. Support initiatives to reduce waste and rework. Requirements 3 years of experience in a similar role. English advanced Industrial Engineering or related field. Valid visa (preferred). 1. Apoyo al departamento de IT de cuando se requiera. 10. Reporte de actividades al gerente de sistemas. 11. Adherencia al estándar work. 12. Palpitación diaria en la junta T3 con el departamento de ingenieria. 13. Solicitud de equipo de computo para personal existente y de nuevo ingreso. 14. Establecer contacto con Valley green para implementación de mejoras y adherencia a estándares globales. 15. Preparar reporte de tiempo muerto derivado por falla de equipo de computo o conexión a internet.
