Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring manufacturability. Develop work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Lead process capability studies and cycle‑time analyses. Verificar el uso adecuado de EPP, cumplimiento de procedimientos y detener operaciones ante condiciones inseguras. 2. Documentar resultados del turno incluyendo producción total, eficiencia, FTT, rechazo, tiempos muertos e incidencias relevantes, y comunicar información clave al siguiente turno y a la gerencia 3. Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de todas las etapas del proceso: Entrada, inspecciones de procesos, aplicaciones de pintura, etc 4. Monitorear y controlar parámetros críticos de proceso tales como: temperaturas de hornos, tiempos de curado, condiciones de aplicación y variables del pretratamiento para garantizar cumplimiento de especificaciones. 5. Coordinar la secuencia de producción, priorizar órdenes y realizar ajustes según desviaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de volumen y mezcla requerida. 6. Dar seguimiento y actuar sobre eficiencia de carga, FTT (First Time Through), porcentaje de rechazo/scrap y tiempos muertos. 7. Supervisar a Jefes de Grupo y al equipo de operadores, asignar recursos, balancear cargas de trabajo y garantizar disciplina operativa. 8. Autorizar ajustes de proceso, redistribución de personal, paro de línea por calidad o seguridad y acciones inmediatas ante contingencias. 9. Investigar defectos, problemas cosméticos o desviaciones del proceso e implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas. 10. Validar inspecciones, asegurar contención de producto no conforme y prevenir liberación de material fuera de especificación.
