Meet with KPI assigned to Production Area (PQVC). Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, certifications, and required training. Maintain clear communication, escalation, and support with Production Supervisor and other departments. Ensure compliance with safety regulations Meet safety performance metrics Meet quality performance metrics Provide and meet delivery commitments in accordance with customer requirements and report to planning Understand production volume requirements to support customer demand Ensure production volume requirements are met in a daily basis Register and report daily volume requirements. Measurement of KPI follow up. Perform risk analysis to identify potential production constraints and develop mitigation strategies and develop recovery plans as need it. Provide ongoing 1+1 feedback and communication with team members. Monitor, control, and track employees’ vacation schedules Follow up and apply disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies (RIT) in a timely manner Support candidate interviews and hiring processes Ensure payroll accuracy and on-time submission Attend cross-functional or departmental meetings Manage the purchase and quotation process for tools and new equipment Track and ensure completion of preventive maintenance on assigned equipment Monitor and ensure timely calibration of all area tools and production equipment Control and monitor consumable usage within assigned areas Follow the Scrap Process, monitoring and report to quality.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the aerospace industry. Experience in manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, and panels. Proven experience in personnel management and leadership of quality inspection teams. Knowledge of AS9100 quality management system. Knowledge of FAI / FAIR generation, review, and evaluation. Experience using Net-Inspect for the management and follow-up of First Article Inspection reports. Advanced English proficiency. Strong communication skills with internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Experience in customer service or direct communication with customers/suppliers. Knowledge of MRB, RMAs, and RTVs processes. Knowledge of problem-solving tools, including 8D and RCCA. Experience reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints. Experience using measurement tools. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, resolve conflicts, and follow up on operational priorities. Fluent conversational English. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the quality inspection team. Ensure compliance with quality system requirements and applicable standards. Follow up on nonconforming product, including activities related to MRB, RMA, and RTV. Coordinate containment actions, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Review, evaluate, and follow up on FAIs / FAIRs, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements. Use Net-Inspect for the management, review, and follow-up of First Article Inspections when applicable. Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Support audits, quality investigations, and area metrics follow-up. Ensure proper interpretation of drawings, acceptance criteria, and use of measurement tools. Promote teamwork, operational discipline, and continuous improvement within the Quality area.
