Skills, Experience, Education, & Training: External Candidate: Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor or in engineering. Internal Candidate: Minimum 1 year in the Internal Development Program. Bachelor’s degree in fields related to engineering or manufacturing — official proof of studies (degree, certificate, or graduation letter) is required. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to read, write, and understand intermediate English. Basic knowledge or experience in manufacturing processes. Proficient in the use of personal computers; familiar with Microsoft Office, MRP, SAP, and Agile (preferred).
