Maintain constant coordination with Customs Brokers to ensure timely clearances, addressing inspections, amendments, operational errors, and government requirements. Administer and monitor proper inventory control in accordance with Annex 24 requirements. Coordinate with internal areas such as logistics, planning, production, procurement, engineering, and Compliance to ensure proper execution and traceability of IMMEX operations. Ensure the correct application of customs regimes (temporary imports, virtual operations, returns, and changes of regime), verifying that transactions are executed within authorized terms and conditions. Monitor compliance with Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions applicable to IMMEX operations (NOMs, prior permits, automatic notices, quotas, certifications, among others). Supervise the proper preparation, validation, and transmission of customs declarations, ensuring consistency of tariff, tax, and identifier information. Ensure the integration and retention of foreign trade compliance files in accordance with current regulations. Coordinate customs support during extended hours, second shifts, and/or weekends, as required by operational needs. Qualifications: Required/ Minimum Qualifications: - University Degree – Management or Engineering school preferably One year of experience. Experience in managing Annex 24 inventory control systems.
