Required Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline. Required Experience Minimum 5 years of combined experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial automation, equipment engineering, or a related production environment, with substantial experience in both disciplines. Must have independently owned and supported at least one production line as a Manufacturing Engineer. Must have successfully delivered at least two automation, equipment, or process-automation projects from concept through production implementation. Hands-on experience with equipment installation, PLC/HMI modification, commissioning, troubleshooting, validation, training, and production ramp-up. Experience managing automation suppliers, machine builders, or system integrators. NPI or production-line transfer experience is preferred. REQUIRED TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES Hands-on PLC programming and troubleshooting experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Omron, Mitsubishi, or equivalent. Experience developing or modifying HMI applications and performing I/O checks, sequence debugging, alarm analysis, interlock verification, and cycle optimization. Translate manufacturing needs into automation requirements, technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans. Read electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, mechanical drawings, equipment layouts, and PLC logic. Experience integrating at least two of the following: machine vision, robotics, servo/motion control, automated testing, traceability, MES/SCADA, or industrial networks. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, validation, capability analysis, machine safety, and change control. Practical project management covering scope, schedule, budget, risk, suppliers, and cross-functional execution. Advanced English, C1 level or above, with the ability to use English as a primary working language.
