Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations or related field. Experience: 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/maquiladora environment, with exposure to Organizational Development, Training, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and NOM-035. Preferred: Experience managing training teams, technical training programs, leadership development, HR digitalization and bilingual communication.
