Qualifications: Education/Training Required and Preferred: High school diploma; two years of technical training or education in data analytics, business analytics, computer science, construction management, marketing analytics, artificial intelligence, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, or business intelligence preferred. Experience Require: Full bilingual English Spanish is a must Minimum three to five years’ experience in market analysis, sales operations, construction project coordination, or business intelligence. Experience working with landscape irrigation, lighting, construction, or related B2B industries preferred. Demonstrated experience developing or supporting AI, automation, or data modeling solutions. Experience extracting and analyzing data from CRM platforms. Experience reviewing construction documents, specifications, and/or AutoCAD drawings is strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's) Required and Preferred: KSA #1: Proficient with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. KSA #2: Proficient with modifying and manipulating PDF files. KSA #3: Proficient with project management software. KSA #4: Working knowledge of AI/ML tools, predictive analytics, automation platforms, or scripting languages (Python, SQL, or similar) KSA #5:Familiar with construction documents and the ability to interpret irrigation and lights plan sets. KSA #6: Experience with project lead generation platforms. KSA #7: Experience with AutoCAD platforms KSA #8: Good organization and time management skills. KSA #9: Good verbal and written communication skills in English. KSA #10: Ability to work in a remote team environment. KSA #11: Ability to learn new skills on the job and through self-guided learning material preferred. KSA #12: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including WORD, PROJECT, and EXCEL.
