Key Responsibilities 1. Organizational Culture & Communication Assists the HR Manager in implementing Organizational Culture and designing internal communication strategies (Newsletters, Bulletin Boards, Meetings, Kiosks, and Email) to motivate personnel. Promotes and maintains interdepartmental harmony and professional ethics. 2. Talent Acquisition & Management Coordinates and follows up on recruitment, selection, and hiring processes based on organizational needs. Conducts New Hire Inductions to ensure a clear understanding of rights and obligations. Analyzes and prepares required job descriptions and monitors the performance appraisal program. Supervises the maintenance and updates of employee files and databases. 3. Compensation & Benefits Participates in wage and salary surveys and gathers local cost-of-living data to provide input for compensation policies. Implements and updates compensation programs according to the organization’s philosophy. Manages employee benefits (Life/Medical insurance, FONACOT, INFONAVIT, AFORE, IMSS) ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Oversees payroll-related updates (hiring, dismissals, modifications, vacations, and sick leave). 4. Labor Relations & Compliance Implements labor relationship policies, internal regulations, and disciplinary measures. Handles employee sanctions, contract terminations, and resignations. Produces and interprets key HR reports: Absenteeism, Turnover, and Exit Interviews, providing management with data-driven suggestions. Represents the company before private, official, and educational organizations to promote company interests. 5. Employee Services & Safety Coordinates employee services such as Transportation, Cafeteria/Eating area, and Medical services. Responsible for documentation of non-Mexican employees (Immigration/INM) at the plant. Participates in designing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and committees.
