FUNCIÓN GENERAL: Vigilar y resguardar los bienes materiales e intelectuales de la institución, procurando el bienestar de sus colaboradores, estudiantes y visitantes. FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICAS: 1. Brindar una buena atención al cliente (colaboradores, estudiantes, proveedores, visitas y clientes potenciales). 2. Mantener siempre una buena presentación e imagen. 3. Resguardar las instalaciones y sus bienes materiales. 4. Salvaguardar el bienestar de los colaboradores, estudiantes, proveedores y visitantes de la institución. 5. Controlar los accesos peatonales y vehiculares de las instalaciones. 6. Control y registro de ingreso y salida de personal (colaboradores y proveedores). 7. Control, registro y revisión al entrar y salir de la institución de vehículos institucionales (entrega y recepción de vehículo y llave correspondiente, así como verificar las condiciones en las que es devuelto). 8. Cumplir con las instrucciones, protocolos, consignas y reglamentos impuestos por la institución y el Coordinador de Seguridad Institucional (CSI). 9. Llenado de reportes y formatos correspondientes al puesto de vigilancia especifico (caseta de seguridad). 10.Brindar atención a dependencias gubernamentales, de Seguridad o Servicios de Emergencia y canalizar al CSI o autoridad institucional correspondiente. 11.Informar a la Coordinación de Seguridad Institucional acerca de cualquier emergencia, incidente, anomalía o desperfecto en las instalaciones o susinmediaciones. 12.Brindar atención e implementar protocolos establecidos ante situaciones de emergencia/incidentes que alteren el orden y/o el correcto funcionamiento de las actividades administrativas o académicas de la institución. 13.Brindar atención y apoyo en los diversos eventos institucionales, así como, en eventos especiales organizados por agentes externos dentro de las instalaciones. 14.Recibir paquetería y/o canalizar al departamento correspondiente.

Continuous Improvement Engineer II- 1st shift

Qualifications You Must Have At least 2 years of experience as a Continuous Improvement, OPEX professional or Industrial Engineering roles with a strong background in Operational or Excellence Systems deployment. Minimum of 1 years of experience implementing the Lean tools in manufacturing environments in the aerospace industry. Experience interacting with all levels of organization (operators, supervisors, engineers, managers & directors). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business disciplines are preferred Fluent in written and oral Spanish and English; able to maintain regular communication in both languages. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance with industry standards Advanced application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in both shop floor and functional environments. Demonstrated understanding in Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Advanced Project Management knowledge. Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in using tools. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
