Required Qualifications for Consideration: 1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field with 8 years’+ experience in manufacturing industry 2. Strong knowledge of quality management, familiarity with ISO9000/TL9000/TS16949 Quality Systems 3. Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills. 4. Good command of written and spoken English. 5. Skilled knowledge of basic and advanced Quality tools, such as Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, DOE, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis(8D), Poke Yoke (Error proof), and QC 7 tools etc. 6. Familiar with a wide range of reliability, environmental, and qualification programs. 7. Assertiveness and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 8. Excellent decision-making and interpersonal skills are essential. 9. PCBA & SMT, electric parts, passive device and related products working experience is strongly desirous, electric part failure model analysis capability is plus. 10. Need additional know-how for Plastics, Sheet metal , casting , coating and painting will be added advantage. 11. Expertise in tooling and process development, proactive prevention plan. 12. Frequency travel both domestic and oversea.
