· Partner with HR Team/Management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and meet monthly headcount targets.
· Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
· Manages employee on-boarding and orientation processes.
· Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, managers and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff (ie work letters, vacation, permits, examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information).
· Educating all employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
· Assists with employee’s questions and problems courteously and promptly.
· Creating & maintaining physical and digital personnel files for employees.
· Manage and maintain compliance of Boeing Requirements: U.S. Export control and Citizenship.
· Compliance with the Mexican Federal Law.
· Support Union Representatives.
· Attends and participates in meetings as required.
· Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned
Experiencia y requisitos
• Knowledge of Federal Labor Regulations.
• Experience in the recruitment area
• Proficient Computer skills; including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates analytical skills and research abilities
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and execute goals
• Knowledge of a payroll system (TRESS) cAbility to handle and maintain confidential information
