Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years in leading 3PL warehouse, fulfillment management, distribution centers, or manufacturing with a proven record in operations, team leadership, and budget oversight Deep understanding of P&L statements with the ability to analyze, interpret, and drive key metrics that impact profitability. Strong analytical and financial acumen to manage budgets and operational costs. Skilled in identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing budgets, and optimizing resource allocation to enhance cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Proficiency in using financial data to make informed, strategic decisions that align with both operational goals and financial targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data analytics tools. Ability to work with complex data to uncover trends, assess financial impacts, and implement solutions that support fiscal responsibility and efficiency. Works closely with finance and other departments to ensure alignment on financial objectives, cost management, and profitability goals. Strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, fostering growth and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Skilled in identifying individual strengths and opportunities, providing constructive feedback, and creating development plans that align with both personal and organizational goals. Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred. Valid visa to travel to the US. Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to make decisions. Fluent conversational level of English.
