Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Proven experience with full P&L responsibility, CAPEX planning and execution, budgeting, cost control, and operational financial management. Strong background in Materials Management, Production, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, EHS, and Supply Chain, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams. Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, CTPAT requirements, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience developing and executing strategic operational plans, driving productivity improvements, optimizing plant performance, and delivering measurable business results. Proven ability to manage customer expectations, supplier relationships, and major capital projects while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, operational excellence, and employee engagement. Excellent leadership, change management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
