Sales Operation Agent.
• Manage customer orders received via email, PDFs, Excel, etc., and process them manually through the system.
• Collaborate with logistics, planning, and other departments to verify shipping statuses, manage product transit, and communicate updates to customers.
• Schedule meetings with key customers and analyze account patterns to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a resourceful point of contact for information.
• Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and planning teams.
• Generate internal reports, including shipping statuses, credit reports, and price list updates. Follow up on approvals for shipments.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Fluent in English; an accent is not an issue.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Excellent customer service skills, as the role will serve as the liaison between sales and clients.
• Valid U.S. visa and Mexican passport.
