Descripción y detalle de las actividades

Position Objective

Coordinate the design, implementation, execution, and evaluation of employee training and development programs, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance while strengthening organizational culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify training, orientation, and development needs across all areas of the organization.
  • Design, develop, and implement training and development programs.
  • Coordinate external vendors, educational institutions, and consultants to update the course inventory.
  • Manage training objectives and budget.
  • Validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to training.
  • Select, develop, and acquire training materials.
  • Coordinate and deliver training courses in accordance with the Annual Training Program.
  • Measure training effectiveness and follow up using defined performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate training records and databases to ensure compliance with legal requirements and applicable certifications (ISO or others).
  • Document and register training and development programs with the appropriate authorities.
  • Deliver new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
  • Execute bilingual training programs as required.
  • Support organizational culture initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Experiencia y requisitos

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology, or related field (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.
  • Advanced English (ability to deliver training and presentations).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of training compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
